The Schumacher No36 Bleecker Street, located in the heart of NoHo, is a historic Romanesque Revival-style print atelier that was re-envisioned in a boutique address of 20 gallery-like loft residences. The remaining residence at The Schumacher was the exceptional Penthouse A, a four-bedroom home with nearly 6,000 square-feet of indoor/outdoor space.
Hundred Stories planned and implemented three unique events that either brought together the city’s top brokers and/or brought the target buyer, Manhattan’s elite, to the penthouse.
1. An intimate, invite-only luncheon for Manhattan’s power brokers, which featured a presentation by The New York Times bestselling author Michael Gross and a sit-down lunch catered by Tocqueville.
2. A fundraiser at the penthouse for Doctors of the World, a widely-respected global organization, that brought together the nonprofit representatives’ influential friends and contacts, including many high-net-worth individuals.
3. A glamorous book launch event that gathered nearly 200 guests—including supermodel Frederique van der Wal, Tiffany Dubin, Henry and Edward Lambert, Debbie Bancroft, Nina Griscom, Nicole Miller, Peter Davis, Barry Kieselstein-Cord, Felicia Taylor, Suzanne Donahue and Arthur Wayne—to celebrate Michael Gross’ highly-anticipated book FOCUS.
